About the Owner

We came down for our fist time during the winter of 2022. We live in Michigan. A few days after we left, Michigan had a huge snowstorm with 13" of snow in one day. We drove down during the snowstorm. What should have taken us 5 hours to our first stop ended up taking us 10 hours because of the roads. But we took our time and kept going. Once we got down to PCB, and we looked out at the beautiful emerald waters, and saw the miles and miles of sugar sand beaches in front of us instead of the snow, we were sold. We no longer wanted to deal with those cold, gray Michigan winters.

Amenities

If you look in the guest closet, there are two portable beach chairs for you to use during your stay, Please be respectful of the chairs. Please wash the sand off at the showers near the beach. When you are done using them, please return them to the closet so that future guests like yourself have use of the beach chairs for their stay as well. There will be a charge of $60/chair if the chairs are not returned and present at checkout.

While we love children, please be aware that the condo is not baby-proofed.
