The Emerald Pearl PCB is a 2B/2B fully remodeled Gulf front condo located on the quieter west end of PCB. We are located in the highly sought-after Emerald Isle Beach Resort, which is consistently rated #1 or #2 on TripAdvisor for Panama City Beach. The experience starts with our Wi-Fi enabled front door lock so there are no keys to carry or lose. With your comfort in mind, the master bedroom offers a new king size adjustable bed and a 55” HD Smart TV along with a ROKU for your viewing pleasure. Lying in your bed, you have gorgeous views of the Gulf with direct access to the balcony. The master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and plenty of room and cabinet space. The second master bedroom also offers a new comfortable king size adjustable bed with a 55” HD Smart TV along with a ROKU as well.  You have direct access to the second bathroom from your bedroom or from the living room hallway. This bathroom has ample room with a step-in tub and dual showerheads with plenty of cabinet space as well. There is also a washer and dryer in this bathroom for your convenience.

The Emerald Pearl's dining area has a gorgeous new 6-person table and a counter area with 4 new bar height stools allowing for relaxing dinners or endless family game nights. Our fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer with a built-in ice maker, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven. Enjoy your morning coffee with the new Keurig combo or some hot tea with the electric kettle. Our cupboards are stocked with the essentials you may need to make your stay even more pleasant. The Emerald Pearl's living room includes a new wall mounted adjustable 65” HD Smart TV along with a ROKU. Enjoy the comfort of relaxing in either of the 2 swivel accent chairs. Or why not stretch out on your comfy sofa that also converts to a Queen size sleeper? 

Sitting outside on your huge curved 300 sq foot balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico will immediately transform your senses from the smell of the ocean air to the sounds of the ocean waves rolling in along the shore. Enjoy your never-ending views of the emerald coastline while relaxing around your outdoor 6-person countertop table or enjoy relaxing and taking a nap on the 2 comfortable outdoor loungers.  

On any given day from the amazing balcony, you may see dolphins, manatees, or sea turtles swimming by. With 3 U.S. military bases nearby, one can often see and hear our military’s powerful fighter jets fly by as well as helicopters on their daily routes up and down the coast.

 

Emerald Isle Beach Resort boasts 2 beach front pools (one of them heated seasonally), as well as a large 16-person communal hot tub. There are plenty of chairs and loungers set up around the pool deck for your relaxation. You might also find yourself stepping into the large dry sauna near the indoor/outdoor pool to help you relax after each day’s activities. 

For the grill master of the family, Emerald Isle Beach Resort provides 4 gas grills situated along the pool deck for those wonderful-smelling cookouts. Also, along the pool deck, you will also find numerous tables and chairs with umbrellas to sit around while enjoying your meal or some after-dinner drinks with your family or newfound friends. If you want to exercise on those rainy days, visit Emerald Isle’s work out room on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful beach.   

Conveniently located on the quieter west end of PCB, all of PCB’s activities are within a short drive. Take a walk for miles in either direction on the white sugar sand beaches directly in front of you. PCB’s famous Pier Park is only 1.8 miles to your east where lasting memories will be made. Here you will find family-friendly dining and shopping experiences, along with movie theaters, and an IMAX. Also located in Pier Park is SkyWheel Panama City Beach, a full entertainment venue including a 174-foot SkyWheel, miniature golf, zip lines, and a ropes course for the entire family to enjoy. Hidden coastal gem Hooked Pier Bar and Grill is a perfect break after a nice walk along the beach or for a stop after enjoying the pier.

In the surrounding area, you will also find many putt-putt golf courses, go-carts, and arcades within 8 miles of your condo. ZooWorld Zoological Park is a fun, family-friendly zoo located less than 8 miles from your condo. It is small enough to get around easily, yet big enough to spend a few hours feeding, petting, and enjoying the amazing animals. Rock'it Lanes, located 7 miles away, is a 50,000 sq. foot family fun center which boasts bowling, roller skating, a mega arcade, a sports bar and grille. Gulf World Marine Park, less than 3 miles away, is home to a variety of animals including dolphins, sea lions, harbor seals, penguins, tropical birds, and stingrays. There you can swim with the dolphins or take a photoshoot with a sloth, among other wonderful experiences.

A short drive to your west is the spectacular 30A coastal drive where you can drive through Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, Watercolor, as well as a string of cute beach towns to ride bikes, eat, or just sit back and take it all in. If you want beach towns, you have to the right place!

The Russell Fields Pier (City Pier) is one of the area's most popular tourist attractions. As the longest pier on the Gulf (over 1500 feet), The City Pier offers fantastic fishing and breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets. Spend time looking down from the pier to see amazing marine life including sea turtles, dolphins, hammerhead sharks, sting rays and numerous other marine life. (A small fee does apply to use the pier)

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is a smaller airport 13 miles from The Emerald Pearl PCB.  With flights from American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines, flying into Panama City Beach is now a breeze. Within 30 minutes of getting off your plane, you can be at the condo, drop off your luggage, change into your bathing suit, and be on the beach enjoying that amazing PCB weather. 

The Emerald Pearl PCB is not managed by a property manager.  It is managed by us, the owners.  So, you will have direct access to us and communicate directly with us if the need arises. We take great pride in our condo and go to great lengths to create a memorable, worry-free vacation for you.
